I’m Diedre Visagie, and I work as a Receptionist and Assistant for Dr Brenden van Niekerk at Pretoria Maxillofacial. Our practice specialises in:

• Head and Neck Cancer care
• TMJ (jaw joint replacement surgery)
• Orthognathic Surgery (jaw alignment surgery)
• Dental implants
• Wisdom teeth removal

In my role, I’m dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring every interaction is positive and welcoming. I truly believe that a warm smile can go a long way in helping patients feel at ease.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about nature and love spending time outdoors with my family. These moments allow me to recharge and stay connected with the beauty around me, which reflects in my approach to work and life.

Zillithé McClarty

Hi, I’m Zillithé McClarty, aka Zilli.
I work for Dr Brenden Van Niekerk as a Receptionist and Administrator. I’m dedicated to helping patients efficiently, fast and with a caring attitude.

Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional care that relieves pain, restores comfort, and helps create a healthier, brighter future for every patient. Our goal is not only to put a smile on your face but also to leave you with a warm, lasting memory of compassionate care.

Beyond the practice I am known as an aunt to 2 beautiful girls. I enjoy being an active member of my church, where I value faith, fellowship and serving my community.

Besides for loving my job at Dr Van Niekerk I also love giving my Rottweiler attention.

I believe life is all about creating lasting memories, whether I’m spending time with my family, sharing moments with friends, or working alongside my amazing colleagues.

Althea Okhuysen

Hi, I’m Althea Okhuysen, and I manage the accounts for Dr Brenden van Niekerk at Pretoria Maxillofacial. Together, they specialise in a range of advanced treatments, including:

• Oral Cancer
• TMJ (jaw joint replacement surgery)
• Orthognathic Surgery (jaw alignment surgery)

When I’m not ensuring the financial side of things runs smoothly, I’m a proud mum to a lively 6-year-old boy who keeps me on my toes! In my free time, I love reading, spinning, and spending cherished moments with family and friends.

It’s a privilege to contribute to a practice that transforms lives with exceptional care and expertise.

Isabel Meyer

My name is Isabel Meyer, and I was born and raised in this beautiful city of Pretoria.

I hold a qualification in Cost and Management Accounting, and I am deeply passionate about my work that aligns perfectly with my passion for precision and organization.

I have spent most of my career in the medical industry and feel incredibly privileged to have been part of this journey since opening of our practice up until now. 

Witnessing its growth and the profound impact our dedicated doctors have had on patients’ lives has been both inspiring and rewarding.

As the Practice Manager and Bookkeeper, I take pride in supporting our amazing team of doctors and staff, ensuring that every aspect of our work runs smoothly.  It’s an honor to contribute to a practice that not only thrives but also transforms lives.
